Blogger has just rolled out a new feature in which users are now able to reply to someone's comment. Now its easier to differentiate between whether someone is making a general comment on the thread, or responding to another comment on the thread. This feature was already available in most of the other blogging platforms.
To enable this feature in your blog, you only need to set blog feeds to full and embedded comments. if you donot know how to do this, follow these steps:
select: “Settings -> Other ->, and then in “Allow Blog Feed” dropdown select "full"
Now, select: “Settings -> Posts and Comments, and in “Comment Location” dropdown select “Embedded”.
Now you have done the needed things to reply on other person's comment
