Google+ has an option to lock posts and disable comments of a post. But you can only do it after sharing a post. No you can do it before the sharing. A locked post can not be shared on Google+.
Follow these steps
- write the post you want to share.
- Now find the down arrow key at right below corner of the share box.
- Click on the arrow key and you will see options for disable comments and lock the post
- Choose the option you want for your post.
- Share the post.
