How to make Word 2007 always save in 2003 format?

Ms WOrd 2007 has been using widly  by users but most of the cyber cafes and printing shops are still using Ms office 2003. So saving a document in 2007 can cause a problem in that situcation when you take a document there for print.
By changing a few settings, we can make Word 2007 always save in 2003 format automatically.

Follow these steps

1. Open Word 2007.
2. Click on the Office button.
3. Click on the Word Options button at the bottom.
4. Select the Save tab.
5. Select “Word 97-2003 Document” from the menu of “Save files in this format”.  
6. Click on the OK button.
