Download Opera 11.10 Release Candidate (RC)
Opera is now working on it's next generation browser. Build 2081 is the first release Candidate of Opera 11.10, which gives some hints on that point. This RC version has many additional features and fixes. Throughout the Alpha and Beta development stages of codenamed Barracuda, early adopters got to test the evolved Speed Dial, but also help Opera Software resolve a range of bugs and issues.
One of the Opeara desktop team member said, "This RC adds additional fixes to make Barracuda even more stable and streamlined. Several more crash bugs have been fixed, we have continued to polish Speed Dial, and there are numerous other fixes in there as welle have also reduced Opera's power consumption when the computer is running on battery. This means that benchmark scores may be lower on battery power alone, so make sure you plug in the power cord before running any benchmarks!"
This realeas is for testing purpose so that no problem can block the release of final version of the browser.
