Few days back, i wrote on encrypting your web browsing on firefox with a nice add-on HTTPS. This great firefox tool force websites to use a secure connection while connecting to a user to protect against MIMT attack. This add-on is really useful to protect your data on those website which still use HTTP as a default protocol.
HTTPS Everywhere forces websites to use a secure connection whenever possible. In this way, it tries to make a secure connection to avoid MIMT attack. Now this tool is also available on Google Chrome browser as extension.
After the installation, you will notice a new brown button labled as "HTTPS" on your Google Chrome. You can manage the HTTPS properties for any website from this button.
