Schedule Google+ Posts For A Later Time On Google Chrome

Many times we want to schedule posts on our social networking website to post later. This is useful when we schedule a birthday post before we forget. You can also schedule an announcement. For Facebook and Twitter, there are various tools available. I have also written some tricks in my older posts. But for Google+, there are only few tools available and most of the users do not about any of these tools.

If you want to schedule your posts on Google+, Google Chrome extension Do Share will do a perfect job for you. This smart Chrome extension helps you write Google+ posts, save them as drafts or schedule them for a later time. You can also specify the circle or people with which you want to share by clicking on +Add more people option.

How to activate and use Google+ SMS

Google Plus Gets huge redesign, Now with better look

Google has rolled out a new look of its social network Google+. This new look comes with many new features and attractive design which i am sure you will like.


Now it has a ribbon on the left side bar which has the main navigation options. Users can also re-arrange the position of the option with drag and drop. So it is now easy to customize the navigation as per our choice.  Apps you don’t access much are hidden under the new “More” section.


Now, Photo Galleries supports bigger photos which provide a better viewing experience. It also added a new page for ecently updated chats, and public hangouts that you can join. It’s easier to share with your circles and the Hangouts video calling platform has been improved.

It also changed the profile page which now offers a cover page similar to Facebook. User can add a pic on the cover of the profile. In addition, the update introduces a new Explore page that posts what’s interesting and trending across the site. You can access chat and see online friends form the right sidebar which is also inspired by Facebook.

Hide Google+ notification and share box from Google's navigation bar

Google has now added the Google+ share box on the black navigation bar which is shown on all the Google's services. It has already added the notification box on the navigation bar. Google has added this to give users a quick way to share on Google+. But you can remover this notification bar and share box easily.

Follow these steps

On Google Chrome:

• Go to the link and install “Go Away! Google Plus” on your Google Chrome web browser.
• Now you will not see the notification bar and share box on the navigation bar.

On FireFox: 

• Install Greasemonkey Firefox add-on on your Firefox, if you have not already installed.
• Now click on install a new script in Greasemonkey.
• Write *://*.google.*/* in the box where it asks for Includes.
• Write *://plus.google.com/* in the box where is asks for excludes.
• Now select notepad as text editor which will open a new notepad
• Now copy-paste the script from the link Here .
• Save the script with ctrl+s.
• Now see the effect.

How to export all your data from Google service

Google is one of the top internet companies which offers various services including Search, Gmail, Voice, Picassa, Buzz, Plus and many other. All these service contains our data which we can also download. Google has given options in all services to download the data. But what if we want to download all the data from all the service at once.
Yes, now you donot need to go to each service to download your data. You can download all the data from one place. This service is called google Takeout. Go to the website https://www.google.com/takeout/#custom and then login with your Google account.  Once you have logged in, select the service from which you want to take the backup of data. If you want to download data from all Google services, click on “add all services”.

You can also specify the data format for data in all services. Then it will make a zip which you can download.

How to add admin to Google+ page

Google had launched Google+ brand pages few months back but it had lack of so multiple admin support. Now, Google has announced that Google+ pages now have multiple admin support. You can add as many users to your Google+ page as you want.


Follow these steps.

1. Click on down arrow, just right to your profile pic. And then click on manage pages.
2. Now click on settings.
3. Then click on Managers option.
4. Here you can add more admins by email address. Enter the email id and click invite.

How to share blogger post on Google+ easily

Google has now integrated blogger with Google+ and your blogger profile is now replaced with Google+ profile. Google has now added one more feature to make the blogpost sharing easier on Google+. 
Now after publishing the post on blogger, you will see a dialog box with your post. Here choose the circle you’d like to share the post with and then share it. The post will be added to your Google+ account.
But this feature is only available in the new blogger interface. If you are still using the old blogger, the switch to the new blogger interface by clicking the link at top right corner.
In the new blogger interface, go and integrate your Google+ profile with blogger profile.
Then go to the Posts and Comments” page and enable Google+ sharing.
If you do not want this feature and it is already activated in your account then go and disable it in Posts and Comments page.

How to create a Google+ page for business and brands

Google has just launched Google+ pages for business and brands. This can be really helpful in promoting your products on Google+. You can also setup Google+ page for your website or business.

2. Now Select "Product or brand" and category of your brand, then fill the info. Now click on "create"

But you can also delete your Google+ account if you do not want to use this.
Follow these steps.

• Go to your Google+ account.
• click on gear box at the top right corner and teh Google+ settings.
• Now click on Account overview
• Now find services section at the bottom and see the last option Delete account.
  
• Now select Delete Google+ Content if you are choosing Delete profile and social features from the last step and then on the Remove Selected Services
• It will Close account and delete all services and info associated with it. It will not affect youor other google services account.

How to control Notification emails in Google+

Many times its irritating when you got an email notification from strange persons about the post you do not want to see. But Now you can select the persons only who can send you the notifications in your box. You will only notify for the posts from those persons only.


For this follow these steps:

1. Login to your Google+
2. GO to Googe+ settings by clicking on gear icon at top right corner of the page.
3. "see who can interact you and your posts" option in the Google+.
4. Now change the notification settings and save.

This setting controls who you’ll get notifications from, if they:

• Share with you individually

• Select ‘Notify about this post’ (when sharing to a circle you’re in)

• +Mention your name

• Invite you to a hangout

• Invite you to play or send you messages from a game

How to lock posts on Google+ before sharing

Google+ has an option to lock posts and disable comments of a post. But you can only do it after sharing a post. No you can do it before the sharing. A locked post can not be shared on Google+.


Follow these steps 

1. write the post you want to share.
2. Now find the down arrow key at right below corner of the share box.
3. Click on the arrow key and you will see options for disable comments and lock the post
4. Choose the option you want for your post.
5. Share the post.

How to share your circles on Google+

in Google+, you can also share your circles with your friends. Let others know about the persons in your circles


Follow these steps to share your circles.

1. Login to your Google+ account.
2. Go to your circles.
3. Select the circle you want to share.
4. Now find the option "Share this circle" at the top right corner f the page. click on this
5. Select the persons to share your circles.
6. Now share.

This will not reveal the name of your circles.

First Google+ app released, Stream+

After the official launch of Google+ api every one was waiting for the apps to come for this new social network. Now a very first app is on the internet named as Stream+, developend by Mohamed Mansour, a software engineer.
Mansour says, "Some categories are not meaningful, and I am trying to optimize it further which is quite difficult. It is by no means a tag cloud which does basic keyword frequencies.
